Search Console is a free tool from Google that lets you see how Google crawls and indexes your site, as well as diagnose issues with your site. In order to verify your sites.google.com website in Search Console, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. On a computer, open Google Search Console

  2. On the navigation menu (), tap Add Property

  3. Under URL Prefix, enter your sites.google.com URL with HTTPS (eg. https://sites.google.com/...)

  4. Tap Continue

  5. You should see "Ownership auto verified. Verification method: Google Analytics"

Request Indexing of Your Site

To speed the discovery, crawling and indexing process, you may want to ask Google to index your site.

  1. On a computer, open Google Search Console

  2. On the navigation menu (three lines), Choose a Property

  3. In the top navigation, tap Search (🔍)

  4. Enter a page URL (eg. https://www.yssf.ml/ , https://www.yssf.ml/support , https://sites.google.com/view/yssf , https://sites.google.com/view/yssf/support)

  5. Tap Request Indexing
